- 有漏
- (sa) āsrava, means 'outflow, discharge'; 'distress, pain, affliction'; it is intp. by 煩惱 (sa) kleśa, the passions, distress, trouble, which in turn is intp. as 惑 delusion. Whatever has (sa) kleśa, i. e. distress or trouble, is 有漏; all things are of this nature, hence it means whatever is in the stream of births-and-deaths, and also means mortal life or births-and-deaths, i. e. mortality as contrasted with 無漏, which is (sa) nirvāṇa.
